A charming townhouse, with a coveted southern direction. Located in a gated Montepiedra 52 unit development, just a short drive from the center of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

This complex represents the style and comfort with attractive landscaped gardens and two swimming pools.
The small hall has a beautiful wardrobe to the right and fully equipped, square-shaped and bright kitchen. The living room has a fireplace. Two wooden doors open to the covered terrace and garden.

The secondfloor has the master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ensuite full bathroom and a terrace with ocean and garden. There is another bedroom on this level with a private bathroom. The third level consists of a bedroom, also with a terrace and an ensuite bathroom.

It also offers a security gate and air-conditioning throughout.
There is also off-street parking

Prices are based on 6 persons. 
 
Extra bed/sofa bed:
Possibility for 1 sofa bed(s) in this holiday home. Price Euro 75 including 1 set of bed sheets and towels. Ask the office. 
 
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for the entire stay is Euro 30 including 1 set of bed sheets. Ask the office.
 
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 12 p. person. Ask the office.

Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Marbella. You can easy drive back and forth on one day.

Normally closes Sierra Nevada in the first weekend in May.
