The Albatros apartment is located in the Mediterraneo Avenue 57, second line from the Levante Beach, just a few steps away from the fine white sand.

This big apartment has been refurbished in December 2009 and it counts with three large bedrooms, master bedroom with a king-size bed and the other two with two single beds each. Two bathrooms, the blue one with bath tube and the beige marble bathroom with shower. Kitchen has all necessary appliances (vitro-ceramic hub, oven, coffee maker, tea maker, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer). Next to the kitchen there is an utility room.

The sitting room opens into a 30-square meters terrace with views to the sea and the beautiful Levante Beach.

The complex counts with two swimming pools (children and adults), playground and there is parking space available on a first-come first served basis.

The apartment is on floor 9 and it is served by two lifts.

It also counts with hot/cool air conditioning and satellite television.
