La Cima is situated in a quite rural area just 5 minutes drive from Mijas.
Situated 1000 feet above sea level and only 6 km inland, the villa overlooks the coastal town of Fuengirola and the Mediterranean sea. Close to the typical Andalusian village of Mijas, it is a quiet and peaceful area, away from the coastal tourist belt, yet only a few minutes from the centre of the village. It is also within easy driving distance of Fuengirola with all the facilities it has to offer: modern shopping centres(corte ingles. centro commercial Myramar), restaurants, golf courses, stables, tennis clubs (Lew Hoad’s), beaches, night life, etc.
A mere 25 minutes drive east on the motorway takes you to the airport, and 20 minutes west, to the fashionable ‘Jet Set’ resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

The layout of the accommodation is as follows :


A large sweeping driveway leads to the parking area and terraces at the entrance of the house. The entrance hall leads to the dining room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms.
The modern fitted kitchen , has all modern appliances, such as a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and electric hobs . The terrace also leads directly on to the garden and pool area with its wonderful open views.
One bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite shower-room, and the2 other bedrooms (1 twin and 1 single with possibility of 2 beds) share a shower - in one : flat sream (32") with sky - internet conection -
Maid service , once per week.
Pool: 8M X 5M (can be heated)
Pool maintenance: twice a week.

Pool area:
1 large covered terrace + dining area
5 sunbeds.
A/C in all the bedrooms.

Villa "Cima" can be rented together with villa La Gayolla (ID 3791) for large group up to 17 pers.
Price for 2 villas:
H.S. 3500 euros/week.
