This lovely property is situated in Punta Lara just 1 mile from Nerja Town Centre. The urbanisation has two communal pools (childrens and adults) 5 bars and restaurants and a small shop. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and either a pleasant 25 minute walk into the town centre, a 5 minute drive or there is a regular bus service.

The house is recently renovated with three bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and an ajoining bedroom with two beds (one single and one fold up, most suitable for children) The other bedroom has twin beds and is situated upstairs next to the main bathroom.

The urbanisation is very friendly with many different nationalities both resident and on holiday.
Nerja is a lovely Spanish town, that has not lost any of its original charm. There are many different coves and beaches. Plenty of cobbled streets and pavement cafes, the fantastic Balcon de Europa and something to suit everyone of all ages.
