This stunning, modern and comfortable Townhouse has 2 floors. On the 1st floor there is a large lounge room, with flat screen TV and air-con. Straight out from the lounge is a large breakfast/dinner terrace overlooking a beautiful garden and a pool.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and there is also a washing machine just off kitchen. Also on this floor there is a toilet with a shower.

On the second floor we have 3 spacious and well appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has en suite bath & shower room double bed, fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 & 3 is a twin room, and situated on the same floor as main bedroom, with fitted wardrobes. The street outside the house is only accessible by the house-owners and normally a very quiet area.

The setting and views over the sumptuous gardens and swimming pool could not be better suited to the needs of family or golfing holidays. Within walking distance are the picturesque El Rompido an old fishing village with restaurants, tapas bars, pub, harbor and shops.
Nearby are lovely golden beach, local children’s park /amenities, water and adventure sports, and with the wonderful wildlife and history of the surrounding area, there are always activities to satisfy all members of the family. This area is situated on a beautiful stretch of coastline covered with Mediterranean pine forests that go all the way down to the endless golden beach backed by sand dunes. To add to its picturesque setting it is nestled behind a sandbank peninsular that creates a natural harbor and inlet for fishing boats and a fantastic place for water sports, and miles of new cycle ways recently been developed, along the coastline and into the woodland areas.

Situated 30km east of the Spain-Portugal border, and just 20km from the city of Huelva, and with the picturesque coastline adjacent and the motorway is on hand it is easy to get to all destinations.

Sevilla and Faro airports are about the same travelling time to El Rompido, about 70 minutes.

Ayamonte the town bordering on Portugal is a 30 minute drive away and worth making a visit. For the more adventurous Sevilla is only an hour as well as the Sierra de Aracena where you will find yourself in traditional Spain. Other spots worth visiting are the mines of Rio Tinto and the Donana National Park one of the most important in Europe.
