Casa Belmonte is beautifully appointed, and newly furnished for clients that want a designer villa, virtually flat plot bathed in sunshine, summer and winter. A large 10x5 pool with palm trees and plenty of sunbeds, with dining furniture under a pergola, for some afternoon shade, with a built in Spanish BBQ for alfresco dining near the pool. Suitable for families with small children as the pool area is gated. There is also a traditional Spanish arched Naya off the kitchen and lounge, with table and chairs so you can enjoy eating whilst soaking up the breathtaking mountain views of the Jalon valley, with its abundance of orange and lemon groves and traditional Spanish villages. Only 1km to the village of Pedreguer, with its restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, newsagents and petrol station.

Notes
This villa has been totally refurbished with brand new designer furniture, this villa is suitable for couples, groups and families alike. Gated entrance and lockable gate to prevent the younger ones exploring the pool area by themselves. Plenty of sun bathing areas, with two poolside terraces and a pergola for some shade if wanted. No smoking is allowed inside this villa at all, due to the luxury furnishings. We have a travel cot, high chair and bottle steralizer, please ask in advance if you require them. Air-conditioning/heating is optional, and 2 and half hours useage costs 2 x 2 euro coins, we can provide you with the 2 euro coins and deduct them off your security deposit at the end of your stay, if you so wish

PLEASE NOTE, THE ABOVE PRICES ARE SPLIT INTO 2 PRICES, ONE PRICE FOR 2/4 PEOPLE OCCUPANCY, AND THE MORE EXPENSIVE IS FOR 5/10 PEOPLE OCCUPANCY. Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds, but we also accept EUROS. PLEASE CONTACT OWNER FOR CURRENT EXCHANGE RATE PRICE IF PAYMENT IS IN EUROS. PAYPAL payments are accepted but there is an additonal 4% charge levied from Paypal for this option. Also payment by bank/internet transfer is accepted. There are discounts for lets of 3 weeks or more (July,August & first week September not included). Your security deposit is returned in full assuming the property is handed back in the same condition with the keys, 300.00 pounds for 2/4 people and 500.00 pounds for 5/10 people. If you decide you would like a mid stay change of linen and fresh towels, this can be arranged privately with the housekeepers, please let me know in advance if you require this service.
