This lovely apartment has a large terrace facing directly the golfcourse (partly covered) and a small terrace facing the swimmingpool. The apartment is completely furnished with TV, internet, microwave, washingmachine, dishwasher, fridgefreezer, oven, hob, air conditioning, toaster, kettle, iron, iron board, cd player, radio, dvd player, entryphone, heater, sunblinds, musquito screens etc.
This apartment has 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, The other bathroom has a bath, toilet and bidet.
There is a private parking. In the nice garden there is a large swimmingpool and childrens pool and a play area. There are also showers and toilets in the poolarea available.
There are private tenniscourses 100 m from the complex. Residents receive a key to play there.
Also residents get a discount on the greenfees of the Isla Canela golfcourse.
Other nice golfcourses are in the neighbourhood. Rincon is a private complex.
