Notes
The villa is situated at 3 km from the giant beaches of Rosas Bay and from the city historical centrum (the "Ciutadella"). Distance to several supplying points (Carrefour, Lidl, Mercadona, Aldi) is 2,5 km.

At the output of the lotissement opens a broad wild area of "garrigue" in the hills overlooking the bay, with paths in deep nature, calling you for hiking in the prehistorical dolmen area.
Rosas bay touristical environnement allows you to practice all the usual activities encountered in large tourist centers (sea kayaking, aquatic scooter, sailing and windsurfing, kitesurf, discovering the lagune of Ampuriabrava with little electric boats, exploration of the marvellous underwater life round the "Islas Medes" in open sea...)
Excursions in the small train towards Cadaquès, "cami de ronda" : magnificent discovery trail of the wild coast from Rosas to Cape Creus, in the heart of a large nature reserve...
Karting tracks and Aqua Park, 1 km of the villa. Several mini-golf fields in Rosas. International green (18 holes) in Peralada (7 km).
The splendid "Pic of the Canigou", in the Pyrenees is only 80 km. The back-country is enchanting in all seasons.

Notes
Booking will be confirmed by the transfer of a reservation fee of 30%. Final payment in cash at the arrival. The keys will be handed-over in exchange of a garantee of 150 euro refundable at the departure if everything is OK (no damage, no extra cleaning).
The last day, the appartment is to be leaved before 10:00, as clean as it was at the arrival time. Otherwise, it will be deduced 30 euro per working hour for getting it as clean as before the rent.

Residence is only allowed for the number of people mentionned on the confirmation act. Nobody else is allowed to stay without prior special permission.
Consumption of electricity is to be paid at the departure (0.18 €/KWh)
