It is connected to a beautiful villa, uniquely situated right at the seafront (20 metres!), in a quiet suburban area at walking distance from shops and terraces. It features a private swimming pool and its own carpark for several cars. The apartment is well equiped including airconditioning, 2 bathrooms and a fully equiped kitchen.
