On the upper level the villa has a roomy, light living area with fire place, a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a covered terrace and and an open terrace with a nice view to the pool, seaview and a glance of the Penon de Ifach! Summer and winter it is enjoyable residing on the partly glazed terrace.

The lower level (only via seperate entrance) has 1 bedroom and a sofa bed and an en suite bathroom.

The villa has central heating and all bedrooms have airconditioning!
There is a garage and private parking space for at least 2 cars.
All windows have security bars, rolling shutters ans mosquito nets.

During the winter of 2010 the villa has been renovated: new windows, a new bathroom, new tiling, new furniture, freshly painted, airconditioning in the bedrooms, ... .
