Casa Illes Medes is a beautiful luxury house (semi-detached) with private pool situated in the lovely urbanisation Roca Maura, at only 5 min from the beautiful sandy beach, the port and the center of L'Estartit. The house is located on the mountain "Roca Maura". From the various terraces you will have a breathtaking (sea-)view over the Mediterranean Sea, to the famous Illes Medes and the marina of L'Estartit. At the rear there is a private pool (6*3 mtr) with surrounding terrace with sun loungers.

Under the house is a spacious garage. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with large sliding door to the terrace, (gas-)fireplace, TV with satellite (dutch,english,german,spanish channels, the open kitchen with all appliances and the toilet. On the floor are 3 double bedrooms (2 have access to a large balcony with sea view of course) and 2 bathrooms with bath/shower and toilet.

Casa Illes Medes is also provided with an airconditioning/heating, double glazing and shutters on both floors. Also a fantastic place to stay in the low season. With a lot of golfcourses (4-6) in the area.
