This stunning, southwest-facing ground floor apartment is located in Sol Andalusi's 2nd and most luxury phase (finished in 2008). It is overlooking the beautiful lake, subtropical gardens and surrounding mountains. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and a large sunny terrace.

The apartment has a built size of 86 m2 plus terrace of over 40 m2. From both the living room and bedrooms, there is direct access to the semi-covered terrace, finished with wooden tiles.

Furthermore it offers cream marble floors throughout, airconditioning hot & cold, built-in warbrobes in the bedrooms, satellite-TV etc. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, double wash bassin. Windows are double glazed.

The fitted kitchen has a washing machine, fridge with freeze compartment, dish washer, oven and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances like toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc.

The beach is a 15 min drive from the complex and Marbella center 30 min. The lively port of Puerto Marina in Benalmadena and Torremlinos are located within easy reach.

With respect to the facilities offered by Sol Andalusi Resort, such as indoor pool, gym, sauna etc. we inform that these services are not included in the rental rate and have to be paid onsite. For more information on prices, please contact us.
