Casa Serena welcomes rental guests for it's fourth successful year. Located less than 200 metres to the very centre of town and main beach of Moraira you will never need to fight for a parking space during your entire stay. The urbanisation of Pla de Mar is well kept, very quiet and secure. The detached house has parking for up to 3 cars behind a gate.
Casa Serena is very spacious inside with 2 large and joining living areas and open kitchen and 2 dining areas as well as a further dining area outside beside the BBQ.
The 3 bedrooms are air conditioned. The main bedroom has a seating area, an en suite bathroom and a walk in closet.
The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and a tv and dvd player. There is also a seperate bathroom.
