Carboneras is a typical unspoilt Spanish fishing village at the beginning of The Cabo de Gata Natural Park.

The beach is clean and uncrowded, and with the climate being one of the driest and sunniest in Spain, with over 300 days of sunny weather; its the perect way to spend your day.

The promenade is traffic free, long and flat with a fishing port and marina at one end.

The promenades restaurants and bars offer a good range of tapas and pizzas, and because fishing is a daily affair, serve exquisite fresh fish dishes.

1)WE HAVE ANOTHER 2 BED APARTMENT (SLEEPS 4),ON THE SAME FLOOR WITH A LARGE SUN TERRACE AND PARTIAL SEA VIEW WHICH CAN BE RENTED AT THE SAME TIME. IT WOULD BE IDEAL FOR LARGER FAMILIES, OR PARENTS WITH TEENAGE CHILDREN. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK FOR FURTHER DETAILS.

Notes
House to be left in condition found in, otherwise any cleaning charges will be taken out of the deposit.
Please note Sheets and Towels will be washed for you included in the price.
Any damages will also be taken out of the deposit.
The balance of the deposit will be refunded within 4 weeks of you vacating the property.
Start and finish dates are flexible according to flight times. You will be required to vacate the property by 1pm of departure date; however this can be extended depending on the arrival of the next guest.
