This beautiful property can accomodate up to six people. It has its own swimming pool,( wich is perfect for familys with babys because it is secured by a fence and you can close it by a gate) a barbecue, two terraces and a roof garden with a wonderful view of the bay in the distance. The property, which in total encompasses more than 1000 m², also has a beautiful garden where relaxation can be found in the shade of fig trees and banana trees during the hot summer months.
Needless to say there are plenty of deck chairs available. The house is completely-furnished and satisfies all needs.

The property is situated on the eastern outskirts of El Puerto de Santa Maria, only ten minutes from the beach by car. The nearby shopping centre is also very convenient. And should you wish to experience the wonderful Sherry Bodegas or the Royal Equestrian Academy of Jerez de la Frontera, they are also just around the corner.

In the lively summer months, this property combines the best of both worlds. On the one hand, the bustling flair of Andalucia in its favourite season and, on the other hand, the peace and tranquility that only properties of this nature can offer guests also in search of a little relaxation.
