A flat plot of land of around 1200m2. 3 bedrooms plus an office, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, distributed on nearly 350m2. Modern and completely new estate with large panoramic glass front. Elegant Villa. The complete indoor surface is finished in polished marble (floor) and aged marble (walls of kitchen, toilets and bathrooms).Each floor has its own separate entrance, but there is also an internal staircase. The ground-floor living room has 100sq m, the first floor living room 60sq m. The large garden invites to barbecues. The huge terraces invite to have a cool drink (in the shade) or get a tan in the sun.

This property is situated high above the sea in close proximity to the old port of Jávea. The estate is within walking distance of the fishing port and marina of Jávea following the road to the south to the port of Javea. To the north there is a direct route leading to the lighthouse of Cabo de San Antonio from where you get to the link road between Jávea and Denia. To the south of the property (to the front) there is a view opening over the bay of Jávea. In the daytime you can enjoy the spectacular view of the sea while during the night a sea of lights formed by the lit up coastal landscape offers an impressive spectacle. This coastal landscape is the most attractive to the eye that the Mediterranean has to offer. Sandy beaches covered in palm trees are followed by cliff faces rising from the sea. The property is surrounded by the Montgó natural park with pleasant walking trails and spectacular views on the cliffs falling into the Mediterranean.
