Description: |
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 double and 1 twin, TV in two of the bedrooms, 2 en suite bathrooms and a large family bathroom. From the Master bedroom there are French windows leading onto a large private terrace with fabulous views over the bay of Javea.
The lounge is modern, bright and beautifully furnished, you have a lovely glass topped dining table and a fully fitted modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. There is direct access from the lounge onto the covered terrace overlooking the pool area. On the first floor is a spacious lounge area with TV.
The villa is very private and not overlooked. There are large terraced areas, a well established Mediterranean Garden, purpose built Barbecue area with sink, where you can enjoy those fabulous grilled steaks, hamburgers and a selection of locally caught fish. You have a beautiful crystal clear swimming pool with under water lighting for those relaxing evening dips and poolside shower.
There are ample covered, shaded areas and a spacious naya (covered terrace) for those relaxing breakfasts, lazy lunches and early evening al fresco meals where you can always relax with a glass or two of the locally produced wines.
The villa is only a short 3-4 mins drive from the beautiful coastal resort of Javea. Here you enjoy the fabulous beach which has been awarded the prestigious “European Blue Flag” award for safety and cleanliness. Javea has a beautiful sweeping promenade that adjoins the beach and is lined with a wide selection of quality bars, cafes and restaurants.
JAVEA, with its historic OLD TOWN the picturesque PORT and HARBOUR and its beautiful sandy beaches, is ideal for a great relaxing family holiday.
There are a variety of excellent shops, bars and restaurants which serve excellent snacks or meals in superb surroundings, you can also choose from a variety of activities or just simply relax on the sweeping Arenal beach lapped by the warm Mediterranean Sea.
For some great family days out you can visit the fabulous “AQUALANDIA” Water Theme Park, the entertaining “MUNDOMAR” Animal Water park (must see the fantastic Dolphin Show) or the marvellous “TERRA MITICA” one of Europe’s largest Family Theme Parks.

Special notes
A deposit of 25% is required to sedure your booking. There is a refundable loss/breakage deposit of £250 which will be returned within 10 days of departure. All bed linen, hand and bath towels are included .
There is an optional linen change for stays of 2 weeks at a cost of 15 euros per room.
Mid stay cleaning is available at a cost of 15 euros per hour. (min 2 hours) |
