Beautiful luxury villa (2 bedrooms, 4 sleeps) with private swimming pool and great views over the hills and valley of Moraira. The villa is situated in a peaceful residential area with its own private well maintained garden with beautiful palm trees. Only 1,5 km from the beach and the old coastal harbour village Moraira. At walking distance restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery and other shops can be found.
The villa has a spacious and cozy decorated living with a fire place, satellite TV, CD, DVD. The villa has a central heating system so also in wintertime all comforts are provided. A phone and Wireless internet connection are also possible, at extra cost.
2 relaxed couches provide comfort in the living. The open doors give a direct contact with the outside life on both the spacious covered front terrace and the sun terrace with attached swimming pool from which you have an extensive look over the valley. The lights and the music from the build-in audio speakers give you the opportunity to also enjoy the evening from the terrace and see all the little lights in the valley.
Connected to the living room is the dining room where a long table and six comfortable chairs are awaiting you. From the dining room you can directly access our “Orange tree” terrace. This terrace is especially suitable for a nice lunch, a good glass of wine and nice book in spring and autumn.
The modern fully fitted kitchen is provided with a fridge, freezer, stove with wok burner, microwave and dishwasher. A BBQ is also available.
Next to the kitchen we have another covered terrace, with table and chairs. This terrace is also provided with heaters in the ceiling to enjoy the evening in spring and autumn. In the shadow from this terrace you can enjoy the outside life on the sun terraces and swimmingpool during the day. In the evening you can view the terraces, garden and pool, which are equipped with lights, providing a nice atmosphere.
On the other side of the swimming pool is another terrace, where you can enjouy the first strokes of sunshine in the morning. From this terrace you can overlook the valley and the other terraces and swimming pool. With all these different covered and sun terraces you can always find a nice spot to enjoy outside life, every day of the year and your personal preferences.
The magnificent swimming pool is 9m by 4,5m and is equipped with an outdoor shower. The shallow end of the pool is one meter in depth and has Roman steps for easy access, especially for the young & older. The deep end is 2 meters in depth. Once or twice a week the pool man comes to clean and check the pool.
The master bedroom is provided with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, 2 beds and wardrobe space. Attached to the bedroom is the bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and sink.
The second bedroom is also provided with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, 2 beds and wardrobe space. All the windows, in both bedrooms, are equipped with mosquito nets and blinds. The second bathroom is provided with a shower, toilet and sink.
On the ground level is the garage containing a separate washing machine, an extra fridge and a safe deposit box. Next to the garage is the entrance to the guest house, which can be rented separately. The villa has a private driveway with enough parking space for 3 cars.
The administrator, who speaks English among several other languages, ensures that the house looks tip top the moment you arrive and also looks after the final cleaning of the complete villa on your departure.
