Las Brisas
The Las Brisas apartments are a modern gated & secure complex overlooking the town of Puerto de Mazarron.
There is an enormous communal swimming pool (approx. 25m x 10m) which is open to residents all year round, and has a life guard on duty during July & August. The pool is the biggest in the area, and is private and only for use by guests/residents at the apartments. The size of the pool means it never gets too over-crowded. It also has a separate, shallow children's section at 1 end. The pool is maintained for use all year round, and there are communal showers & WC facilities within the area, which are cleaned daily.
All parts of the complex are fully accessible by wheel chair users - the entrance & pool area are on 1 level, and modern lifts allow easy access to other parts.
Our apartment is directly overlooking the pool with a good view of the town and sea in the distance. The apartment is fully equipped for up to five (double bed in main bedroom, 3 single beds in second bedroom) the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster etc there are patio doors from main bedroom and lounge on to the large balcony overlooking the pool with good views of the town and sea in the distance, there is also secure parking in the garage with access to all floors via lifts, as stated above we can arrange airport pickup if needed
