Very comfortable villa with private pool and garden. The property is located in Vizcondado de Cabanyes, one of the most well-known residencial areas at the Costa Brava. Situated in a dead-end street with a garden that offers much privacy. Sant Antoni beach and supermarkets are just a 5 min drive away. Next to a cosy living-dining area with direct access to the terraces, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The villa is equipped with ao satellite-TV, DVD, stereo, washing machine, drying mill, dishwasher and microwave. Outside you will find a BBQ, garden furniture and sufficient sunbeds

Furthermore it is a very good starting point for trips to Barcelona, Girona, the Dali museums and the Pyrenees. Airports are nearby (Girona 25 min, Barcelona 90 min). There are plenty of possibilities for water sports, walking, fishing, horse riding and mountainbiking.

For golfers : the villa is right in the middle of the finest golf courses in Catalonia with at least 7 top courses within 30 minutes.
