This villa has a veranda and terrace with pool. The Plot has garden, is completely enclosed and has approx. 800 m², the living area of the house is 240 m².
En su interior, la vivienda muy amplia, está formada por 2 viviendas independientes. 1ª vivienda: (Acceso sin escaleras) Salón-comedor con tv sat y salida al porche cubierto y terraza de la piscina. Cocina independiente con fuegos a gas, lavavajillas, microondas, horno, Frigo-congelador. 1 cuarto con lavadora. 1 dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. 1 dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. 1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio con salida a la terraza y cuarto de baño con bañera, wc y lavabo en suite. 1 cuarto de baño con bañera, wc y lavabo.
2ª vivienda (acceso por escaleras interiores, 17): salón-comedor con tv y salida a solarium con vistas parciales al mar, vistas al peñon y a la piscina. Cocina independiente con fuegos de gas, horno, Frigo-congelador. 1 dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. 1 dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. 1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y cuarto de baño con plato de ducha, wc y lavabo en suite. 1 cuarto de baño con bañera, wc y lavabo.
En su exterior, terraza donde se encuentra la piscina de dimensiones (8x4) con escaleras romanas Con espacio para tomar el sol en las hamacas y ducha exterior. Porche cubierto. Bbq de obra. Parking dentro de la parcela para 4-5 vehículos. Una corta distancia les permitirá acceder al centro de calpe (1 km) igual que a la playa de arena (playa arenal-bol y paseo marítimo 1,2 km), supermercado (mas y mas – 0,8 km), club de tenis ( 0,5 km). Observaciones:
Se permiten animales no superior a 12 kg en peso con un coste extra de 30 € para la estancia. Cabe la posibilidad de alojar 1 persona más con un extra de 90€ persona.
