RENOVATED PENTHOUSE

Penthouse, house 110 m2, terrace 110 m2, own parking, common pool and park. There are views from the house and terrace.
3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, laundry room, with its own internal staircase, conservatory on the terrace. Near golf courses, sports center, restaurant, racecourse, 4 km. to the sea and shopping centers, excellent opportunities for walks.

Cerros del Aquila

Byen ligger i et kuperet område, flest fastboende, flest villaer, nogle rækkehuse, nogle ejerlejligheder, enkelte penthouse.
Der er rige muligheder for gåture fra lejligheden, ca. 150 meter til golfbane med fitnesscenter, restaurant samt boldbaner.
Er man mere til små veje og gedestier, er det kun at finde skoene frem.
Byen har sin egen resturant ( god og billig mad ), en lille bar, (en hestebar, hvor rytterne får tørsten slukket, siddende på hesteryg ) samt en lille butik.
Byen er frodig, med høje træer og flotte haver, meget spændende at udforske.
Der er fast vagt fra eftermiddag til følgende morgen.
Vi har haft bolig i byen sigen 1995, først rækkehus, siden 2005 fastboende, hvor vi har bygget en villa i den gamle bydel, lejligheden ligger i samme område.
Det er et område, hvor der ikke komme turister, et område, vi gerne vil vise andre.


Cerros del Aquila

The town lies in a hilly area, most residents, most houses, some townhouses, some condominiums, each penthouse.
There are ample opportunities for walking from the apartment, approx. 150 meters to the golf course, gym, restaurant and sports fields.
If you prefer narrow roads and goat trails, only to find shoes.
The city has its own restaurant (good and cheap food), a small bar (a hestebar where the riders get off thirst, seated on horseback), and a small shop.
The city is lush with tall trees and beautiful gardens, very exciting to explore.
There are fixed guard from afternoon until the following morning.
We've been living in the city sigen 1995, the first townhouse since 2005 residents, where we have built a villa in the Old Town, the apartment is located in the same area.
It is an area where no tourists come, an area we want to show others.


Costa del Sol again best holiday destination

Costa del Sol is the best Spanish holiday destination when it comes to sun and beach holiday but also the infrastructure and cultural offerings are concerned.
That, at least 600 foreign travel writers, according to a study by Oak Power Communication.
On a scale of 10 sheep Costa del Sol 8.7 points, followed by the Canary Islands (8.5), Balearic Islands (7.9), Benidorm (7.5), Costa Brava (7) and the Costa Blanca (6.9 ).
