The Apartments count on a surface of 70 square m.s, conformed by two dormitories, the one with a double bed and other with two individual beds. They have two independent baths one of them with shower, as well as of a totally independent kitchen. The dinnig-room is spacius with windows towards the outside, connected with the terrace or balcony.

Our cleaning service includes a bed sheets change per week and two changes bath towels and swimming pool per week. Also the resort has washing machine and dryer for free for the guest.

We have Free Wifi Connection to Internet to all our clients.

This resort consists of only ten apartments, around a swimming pool and a garden very taken care of with privileged views. Located in a very calm residential area the apartments are only fifteen minutes walking from the black sand beaches, like PLaya Jardín and of the historical centre of Puerto de la Cruz, where we found the spirit and the enchantment of the traditional fishing harbour that was surrounded by Tapas Bars and Restaurants of canary typical gastronomy.

Closely together also one is world-wide well-known LoroPark and the emblematic Lago Martianez, famous work of the canary artist Cesar Manrique, all this bathed by magnificent full landscapes of resistance and the Vista of Teide Father, standard of the Canary Islands, and declared Patrimony of the Humanity by UNESCO.

The price includes weekly cleanliness, a change in bed sheets and pools towels and two of towels per week. Also we have free Wifi Internet Service for our clients, besides we have a PC portable renting service for our Guest.

In case you would like to report us that you would like to reserve the above mentioned period, we would send a document with our number of account to deposit 20 % of the whole bill, and this way to guarantee your vacation period.

Once realized the bank transference, the client already has the vacation period reserved in our apartments, only it will have to inform us of the arrival time to come to the delivery of keys and to the cancellation in cash from the remaining amount.

Parque de las Flores

I stayed in an apartment at Parque de las Flores. It couldnt have been more perfect for me and my family. The pool is fantastic and the apartment is large, clean and fully facilitated. I would recommend anyone to stay here, however it should be noted that the apartment is out of town and its a bit of a walk up the hill. But there is always a taxi which is less than €4. Really lovely time. Owner speaks very good English and is very helpful.
