This beautifull villa of about 120 sq. meters floor space, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room/dinning room, TV,DVD,chimney,fully equipped kitchen, covered terrace-NAYA, open terrace, private illuminated swimming pool - weekly cleaning included, BBQ and a tropical garden, central heating,security alarm system, alies on the peninsula, in a very beautifull and quiet, residencial area called BALCON al MAR, six KM South of Jávea. ADSL WI-FI internet conections is possibile.

From the house and terrace you have a marvellous seaview with lighthouse.

Poolkeeper and gardener are looking after the property.

You will find beautifull little pebbel beaches around the peninsula at about 1.5 to 4.0 KM distance, the large ARENAL sand beach at 5.5 KM in the Jávea Bay.

Within walking distance there are a few restaurants, a supermaket, two minimarkets, hairdresser and other little shops as well as an internet café. More restaurants, shops banks, bars and night clubs are in Downtown Jávea, in the Port of Jávea and the Arenal Bay quarter.
