Surrounded by olive trees and rolling hills our traditional Andalucian farmhouse has been lovingly restored into a comfortable family home with 4 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room with open fire, lounge, open courtyard, covered terrace with dining table, beautiful gardens with fruit trees including fig, almond, walnut and lemon and a large swimming pool. The house is suitable for young children and is fully enclosed and private

Around 50 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, one hour from Granada, and less than two hours from both Seville and Cordoba. Antequerra is less than 30 minutes away and Archidona less than 20 minutes.

The local village of Iznajar is nearby (10 minutes). Its unspoilt, traditional
white walled, red roofed village with its castle dating from the 8th century,
and church from the 16th century, it has spectacular views over a 32 km long lake which hosts a variety of water-sports and fishing. Safe bathing is enjoyed from its sandy Beach.

The house has four bedrooms - one master with en suite, 2 double rooms and one single room. All bedrooms have cupboards or wardrobes.
The sitting room has a sofa and armchairs, satellite TV with some English
channels, DVD and PlayStation along with a good
library of books, films, music, local literature and maps. There are
additionally games and children�s toys and books.

The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped and there is a dishwasher.

There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The large bathroom has a full suite including bathtub and shower over.
The pool measures 11 x 5 meters. Outside the main house there is a further covered terrace with garden furniture and a gas
BBQ.

Our house is ideal for those wishing to spend a relaxing holiday around the
swimming pool in a private and enclosed garden, Its the perfect location for
guests wishing to escape to the real Spain for total relaxation, or those
seeking a comfortable base from which to explore the "treasures" of Andalucia.

There is parking for 4 cars and we provide a welcome pack with basic information and supplies.
