Los Olivos is a beautiful newly refurbished four bedroom villa, situated in the exclusive area of Rancho de la Luz, close to the Andalucian village of nice property belongs to Ben and Jon Anderson from Norway .

The villa is set in a very private and beautiful landscaped garden and has a large swimming pool fronting the villa with panoramic views of the Mediterranean.

Los Olivos has it's own drive with plenty of parking.

To the left of the entrance hall is a very spacious south facing lounge with dining area. To the right of the hall is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Off the hall is a large fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave etc.

Patio doors lead from the lounge to an attractive terrace area, swimming pool and extensive garden.

There is also a separate terrace area with BBQ.

There are 3 more bedrooms (2 twin and 1 double) all south facing and all with en-suite shower rooms, these are adjacent to the main part of the house.

The garden and pool are well maintained and has no shortage of sun loungers and garden furniture for eating on the lovely terrace "Al fresco".

The villa is fully alarmed and air conditioned.
