The villa “Indegloria” has two bedrooms, dining/living room with nice fireplace, bathroom and very completed kitchen with all necessary machines, a beautiful garden with cosy illumination, several terraces in the sun as well as in the shade, a niche BBQ area and a shower near the swimming pool.
Villa ‘Indegloria’ is our second home and therefore furnished with every comfort.
The prices are with the expenses of gas, electricity and water included.
The villa is situated in El Marquesado, a quiet suburb of Chiclana, which Centrum is 6 km further. Within a distance of 1 km you find two small supermarkets with a bakery and a butcher, as well as some typical andalusian restaurants, so called Ventas.
In the surroundings are many nature reserves, as the salt-lakes with their splendid flamingos and many areas with storknests. There are a lot of nice golf courses , one of the newest is Villa Nueva Golf within 6 km.
The distance to beautiful Sevilla is 106 km, to Jerez with its sherry and horses, it is 25 km, the old city of Cádiz 15 km and the naturist beach of Caños de Meca is at 40 km. The magnificent nature of Sierra de Grazalema with its famous white villages is at 90 km.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: 50% when the reservation is made. The remainder to be transferred four weeks before your arrival
To secure your reservation please return to the landlord Mieke Karssen one copy of both pages of the contract correctly filled in and signed within ONE WEEK of receiving them.
The official reservation is secure as soon as 50% of the total rent has arrived on our bank account.
If we do not receive your deposit within one week we assume we are free to let to others.
€ 65,- is for cleaning the house, the swimmingpool and for the use of the line and towels.
