This complex is situated about 1 kilometre from the centre of Denia and you just need to cross the coastal road to get to the sandy beaches. It has two large swimming pools with attached children's pools, outside changing rooms, toilets and showers and all apartments are overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens. The complex has its own tennis court. Each apartment has its own designated parking space. The complex is fully secured with remote controllable gates. In the same street you will find several restaurants.

The apartments have:

*One full bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and wash stand, one with toilet and wash stand.
*Two bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin, (or bunk bed with retractable third bed in one of the ground floor units).
*Fully equipped kitchen with: refrigerator/freezer, electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster
*Washing machine.
*Satellite television.
*New: DVD-CD-MP3-DIVX player + selection of films

We moved to Spain 15 years ago and started in 2001 to let our own apartment when we did not need it for family and friends. Guests all agreed that it was the first fully equipped apartment they had stayed in. We acquired another apartment and did the same. Friends that had properties in Denia liked what we did and gave us their second home to let whenever they were not there. 10 years later we have a nice portfolio of well-kept properties and many returning clients.
