Large detached villa with three double bedrooms and all mod cons. This Property is located on the thriving Costa Blanca.
Within a three min walk from a mordern complex full of exceptionall bars and resterants with cuisine from all around the complex is ideal for family with the odd late one for the person who likes to stay up till villa is set in a position that if you just want to sit by your own pool and BBQ with a nice glass of rioja wine you can do so and this area you would not need a car if you do not want to drive on holidays. Within walking distance you can find suppermarkets,shops,bars,resterants to include burger king for the kids,banks,beaches , go katrs and much more. If you want to drive there is a long list of things to see and do dependend on what yo like. In any case we have a great management team with an office close to the Villa and they are always more than happy to help you.
