This very special beautiful family home (unlike so many typical rentals!!) is located in a private (ungated)community, where many Spanish home owners have their second homes. The interior decoration of the home will make you feel at home inmediately. A stunning view from the terrace or from the livingroom, lots of commodities, perfect beds, lots of books in many languages, movies galore, too much to mention. The area is quiet and peaceful. This is the Costa Brava at its best.......nature is absolutely beautiful. The beach is only 7 min away (walking distance) Lloret de Mar is a very lively seaside resort where it is fun to shop and look around. There are lots of sites to visit and the nightlife is exciting too. Fortunately the community of Cala Canyelles is near, but far enough not to be bothered by the hassle and the noise of a holiday resort. There is also a very good bus service to go from Canyelles and to Tossa de Mar.
Barcelona and the city of Girona are well worth a visit as you probably know.
The community has lots of facilities: a supermarket, a tennis court, an Olympic size swimming pool, a golf course, the house has AC and 24 H internet.
