A 2 bedroomed house, facing south-west, built in the traditional flat roofed style of the region and surrounded by terraces, a large barbecue area, the pool, a small pond and a stone seating area. The whole property is fenced and offers optimum peace and tranquillity.

One enters the house from a large covered terrace with table and chairs suitable for dining al fresco in the shade. This leads into the hallway and then to the lounge which has access to the bathroom and bedrooms. It is a spacious lounge comprising a sofa corner with satellite TV and fireplace and an open plan kitchen with dining area.

The tiled swimming pool measures 4 x of 7 metres and has a brick seating area and table at the side with spectacular views over the Lanjaron valley as far as the Mediterranean. The view northward is dominated by the breathtaking Sierra Nevada mountain range. In front of the house there is a luxurious covered barbecue area with sink and shelves.
There is parking space right next to the house.
