This fabulous property is brand new this year and has been furnished to a an extremely high standard.
The property is set behind electric gates within its own secure grounds within the small town of La Marina in the province of Alicante. It is less than two kilometres from the most incredible unspoiled beaches, with pine forest behind, of La Marina and beyond.
La Marina itself is a bustling little town, with restaurants, bars and shops and is within easy reach of Guardamar, Elche, Torrevieja and Alicante. The warm peaceful waters of the Mar Menor are no more than 40 minutes drive away, as are the fascinating cities of Cartagena and the wonderful baroque city of Murcia.
Main House
The main villa (280 square metres) has four bedrooms that all have en-suite bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have double beds and one has twin beds.
There is a large sitting room leading to a dining room, furnished to a high level, with a leather suite and three reclining chairs.
There is a 50" plasma screen TV, with full SKY HD satellite system, including "showtime Arabic system for all PL football. There is a home theatre surround sound system and a 3mb wi-fi internet service.
There is a large kitchen with all facilities, including American style fridge freezer with ice making facilities and dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. There is a separate utility room, with washing machine/tumble drier.
Annexe
The annexe is completely independent from the main house (120 square metres in total)and has a ramp for wheel chair access.
It has a large sitting room adjoining an open plan kitchen and dining area. There is a 32" plasma screen HD TV connected to the same system as the main house.
The kitchen has all facilities including oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.
There are two bedrooms with double beds, both with en-suite facilities.
Outside
The property is surrounded by palm trees and tropical gardens. There is a large private 12.2 metre swimming pool with 2.5m depth at the deep end, terraces, gazebo, garden furniture and large gas BBQ.
Two mountain bikes are also available for use.
There is plenty of off street parking and a car port.
There is a maid service once per week inclusive in price.
