The Superior Apartment
From this luxury apartment has a wonderful view over the sea and surrounding mountains. It has a large living / dining room of 50 square meters, with elegant furnishings and a plasma TV with all large European channels. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave and hob. The lounge has several air conditioning (not included in the rental price). The spacious dining room has a dining table with 6 chairs. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and one with twin beds, plus 2 modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets. Internet is available in this town
The outdoor terrace has a beautiful view of the surroundings. A large terrace area also has a picnic for 10 people and is equipped with a Weber grill and a pancake machine. At the highest level of the villa is a bowling green.

Located on a covered terrace on the pool level is the second department with capacity 4 people. This apartment has its own living room with a kitchenette. The lounge is cozy and has its own LCD TV and a large gas fire Boley. The room is comfortably furnished with a dining table leather sofa, 4 chairs with quality. The living room has air conditioning (not included in the rental price). The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, steam oven, refrigerator and kitchen.
This apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds and a bathroom with shower and guest toilet.
Out
On the terrace, equipped with 10 sun beds and several seating areas, is the advance team, which can be completely enclosed for use when the outside temperature is low. The 5 by 10 meter swimming pool is salt water (no chlorine), a lockout system, and uses 8 large solar panels to provide solar heating for the pool. The water temperature in April is around 26 degrees or more, depending on the number of hours of sun a day. You pay no extra charge for this warming, unlike many other vacation homes which charge for heating.
Beside the pool is a well equipped kitchen with a professional outdoor grill and stove, you can use for your heart's content! The pool deck has a lounge area and a large dining table with 8 chairs. There is also a TV with all channels and a large drinks fridge.
5 The upper bedroom apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and one with two single beds. The downstairs apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one twin.
Bathrooms 3 The upper apartment has 2 modern bathrooms with showers and toilets. The downstairs apartment has a bathroom with shower and guest toilet.
