This quiet secure complex is situated 5 minutes by car from the bustling town of Marbella and 20 minutes from the famous Puerto Banus where the nightlife is second to none. Located next to the beach these attractive well-finished apartments are ideal for those seeking sun, sand and relaxation. There is a supermarket near by to enable you to restock and Los Sardinales restaurant one of the best beach side restaurants on the coast.

Outside
There are large lush tropical gardens situated at the back of the apartment complex for relaxing in and a large shared pool for adults with a toilet block close by. There is also a children's pool for the smaller visitor.

Coast/Beach
Alicata beach is situated a 1 minute walk away at the end of the road. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants along the beach.

Golf
There are an abundance of golf courses along the Costa Del Sol and the nearest golf course is only 2 minutes away at Santa Clara.

Travel
The apartment is 45 minute drive from Malaga Airport and a car is recommended if you wish to travel further then Marbella. There is a good selection of local car hire companies at Malaga Airport. There is a good bus service to and from Marbella if you want to stay close by.

Notes
During high season bookings are Saturday-Saturday. We can be flexible on days for the rest of the year.Prices are for the property per week. 25% deposit must be paid upon booking with 75% paid one month before arrival. Apartment will be provisionally held for 5 days, if deposit is not paid in 5 days house will be put back onto rental market.
10% discount for rentals of 3 weeks or more between 31 October and 2 April excluding Christmas period. 10% discount if booking is made within 7 days of arrival all year round.

During the peak months of July & August rentals are only done Saturday - Saturday.
