It has three bedrooms: one with double bed 160 x 200 cts, one with double bed 140 x 200 cts and the baby's room with two beds 90 x 190 plus a small bed of 80 x 160 cts.
There is also a cradle that can be placed in the master bedroom.
The lounge is equipped with 32 "TV. WIFI internet connection, LCD TV 32 "and living room PC (possibilities: access to Internet, DivX, MP3 music player, email, international TV channels)
It also has a large table with seating for 7 people, small table with three chairs and play area for children, a large, comfortable sofa and two armchairs.
ADSL internet connection.
Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms, one with bath and one shower. 1 hair dryer and a closet kit.
Full kitchen with induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwaser,small appliances (blender, squeezed juices, toaster, coffee machine). Pans plates, glasses and cutlery enough for 7 people.
Extras:

Terms & conditions
The prices are per WEEK, with CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT on SATURDAY.
The price includes consumption of electricity, gas and water.

Bed linen according to season and kitchen linen a have a extra cost of 7 €/person. ( Opcional )

The final cleaning is not including in the price. This cleaning has an additional cost (fee)of 60 is not obligatory to contract this service, but it will be verified that the apartment has been left in the same state of cleaning as on the day of arrival. Since we considerer that all our renters have the same right to find the house clean and tidy .
A cradle or a supplementary bed are to disposition under request without extra charge , providing that the total number of persons does not overcome the maximun allowed .



The indicated prices are for a maximum occupation of 7 persons ( A baby can be accepted as additional person without extra charge.)
GUARANTEE

A guarantee will be taken on the arrival date(in cash) and returned the last day.

Guarantee amounts :250 € .
his guarantee is raised to the amount of 100 Euros per person, with a minimum of 400 € in case the renters is a group of young people

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

- The check-in will be between 17 to 20 hrs. Exceptions will be only possible in case of previous warning.
- The check-out will be from 8 to 10.
- Chek in after 23 hrs and chek out before 8 hours will have a extra payment of 30
€.Also can be the posibility of extra charge for cleaning, as we have experienced
that the cleaning is deficiently done when renters have to leave early in the
morning.
RESERVATIONS

After reservation we will sent an email with our banking details and the contract. Reservations should be finalised by down payment of 40% of the rent by banc transfer. Signed contract should be send by post, email or fax.
In case of cancellation for any reason, the deposit will be retourned only when the apartment has been rented again under the same conditions and the new payment has been received in full.
