Very nice villa, quietly located in the beautiful hills of La Viña, only 2.5 km from the sea. La Viña is an urbanization near Baladrar in Benissa / Moraira. The villa is beautifully decorated and has a living area of approximately 160 sqm. There is also a small green garden with lawn and south facing terrace (± 350 m²) with private swimming pool and plunge pool for children. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the hilly urbanization. The apartment features an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (4+2 persons), 2 bathrooms, laundry, lounge and dining area with beautiful view with a bar. All facilities: TV (world channels), WiFi, private parking for 2 cars and BBQ. The house is child friendly and also very suitable for the elderly. An ideal place for small families who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday, close to all tourist facilities Moraira and Benissa have to offer!
