The big living / dining room (46m2) offers enough space for tall and small persons and on cool evenings you can enjoy your own fireplace. From the living room you have direct access to the big terrace (6m 150m2) with long chairs to tan and the flattened garden with a big beautiful swimming pool (9x4,5). A big and a little bit smaller bed room are at the left and right side of the living room, inclusive a big bath room with shower cabin. In the rear is the fully equipped kitchen where you can eat as well with give access to the terrace, a smaller bath room with shower cabin.
