Fantastic attached house compose by 4 bedrooms + 1 cabine room in Cambrils and capacity 12 people. Wondrefull complexe exeptionally well situated just 200 mts from the main beach of Cambrils and just 750 mts from Cambrils centre and port . Beatifull and exotic green area with palms,banana trees and lovely swimingpool. The house has air conditoning only on the livingroom.
There are 5 bedrooms in 3 diferent levels and surface of 280 m2:
On the ground floor you can find the kitchen, totally complet with dishwaser, washingmachine, oven,frigo and freezer and all the necesary equipment for 12-13 people .1 cabine room with no windows and 2 single beds,1 toilet with shower and a big livingroom with 1 sofabed and sofa chaisse longe. There are a private garden. The access to the comunal pool is from the street.
On the 1rst floor there are 2 double bedrooms with 4 sogle beds, 1 complete toilet and 1 suite with 1 doublebed, and 1 complete badroom with bad tub.
On the 3rd floor, you will find another suite room with 2 singlebeds and 1 complete toilet with shower.
The house has a private garden of 70 m2 with nice terrace and all the necesary furniture, tables,chairs and sunbeds.
The house has a private parking for 1 car.
We don't accept pas groups of younr people.
