New, spacious and modern holiday villa for 8 people, with private pool and sea view. The villa is situated in a quiet position on the beautiful green area of La Borna, near Begur. It got four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living / dining room, kitchen, various terraces, garden with lawn and parking space.

In front of the living room there is a lovely coverred terrace, with views on the hills and to the left on the Mediterranean Sea. You got a lot of peace and privacy here!

The large living - dining room got three glass doors to the terraces and garden. Together with the open plan kitchen, this gives a fantastic large area to live! Also the pool is at this level of the house, so easy accessable.

You enter the villa on the back side on the first level. Here you have two double bedrooms. The master bedroom got a bathroom ensuite and a large private terrace with spectaculair views. Also the other bedroom on this level (with twin beds) has a private bathroom and a balcony.

At the ground floor are situated the other two bedrooms, sharing the third bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge - freezer, toaster. There is also a washing machine available in the villa.

The private pool is 8 x 4 meters with Roman steps. There are sunbeds and a barbecue. The house is situated in the residential area of La Borna, away from traffic and noise. There are beautiful walks to the sea and the Cap de Begur. The beach of Sa Tuna is just 2km away. At the back side of the house is on own ground enough space te park a few cars.
