This is new villa completed in 2009 and situated in a quiet respectable area. 1,5 km from the wide sandy beach and only 600 meters to the supermarket, shops, disco and restaurants.
Villa is situated in Santa Susanna that is a popular modern turistic place with family destination at 40 min. from Barcelona by car or 1 hour by train.

The house is spacious, light and new with modern Spanish functional interior. On the ground floor there are living room with big sofa and dinner area with table for 10 persons, fully equiped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On the upper floor there is a spacious suite (bedroom, bathroom with jacuzzi, dressing room and terrace), and 2 more bedrooms, one of them with a balcony and a bathroom.
The decoration of the house include top quality things like marble stairs and beautiful ceramic tile in the kitchen and the bathrooms, high-quality sanitary engineering. The villa equipped with video-entryphone, alarm system, satellite TV, DVD player, etc.
The house has an area of 300 sq m. You can park your car in the garage for 3 cars. Also, at your disposal is a ping-pong and a billiard table (on request).

Villa has a stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. You can enjoy the private pool with an automated illumination and heating (on request). The terrace around the pool is fully equiped with chaise longues and sunbeds. Villa dispose of barbecue area with marquee and dinning terrace table for 10 persons.

Optionally we offer a wireless internet connection. This is provided by a USB internet stick. The cost is €25 per week, to be paid in advance upon booking.

You can order a change of bed linen and additional cleaning during your stay.

The ping pong table is at your disposal.
