Nice and partly renovated villa for 10 people in Calpe with private pool (8x4,5m). This villa is situated in the area La Canuta, quiet zone close to a sandy beach and to the town centre of Calpe. The plot has 800 m², is completely enclosed and with garden. Living area of the house: 200 m² on 2 apartments.
The first apartment has a living room with sat-tv, ventilator on the ceiling, dining room with small kitchen with gas hob, oven, small refrigerador and other utensils for the kitchen and views to the sea and access to the terrace with pool. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bathroom with bathtub, , wc, washbasin and washing machine. 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioner. The second apartment is arranged on two floors (completely renovated). First floor: completely equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, micro wave, refrigerador with freezer, oven, washing machine and other utensils for the kitchen. Second floor: access by stairs inside the house with 16 steps, living-dining room with sat-tv, air conditioner, access to the solarium with views to the sea, ideal to have breakfast there. 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioner, views to the sea and access to the solarium. 1 bedroom with double bed and views to the pool. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds and access to the solarium. 1 bathroom with bathtub, wc and washbasin.
External: terrace with pool (8x4,5m) with built-in stairs and shower and lot of space to sunbath in the loungers. Summerkitchen with gas hob and portable barbecue. Closed parking for one car and open parking for 2 cars. Only 400 m to the next sandy beach and marina (Puerto Blanco), 400m to the next restaurant and pub, 1,5 km to the town centre of Calpe and 1,8 km to the next supermarket (Eroski).
Extras:
Animals with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additionel cost: 30 € per stay. It’s possible to accommodate one ,more person, additional cost: 90€ per stay.
