Masia d'Oli is a blend of traditional Catalan charm and contemporary efficiency. The architect-designed house combines a 17th-century stone-barn core flanked by a modern kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms offering comfort and convenience. Solar PV panels provide electricity and water comes from a natural spring on the land. All outdoor cooking and indoor heating uses olive wood from the farm, and the hand-terraced farmland produces olives, almonds, carob, oranges, figs and lemons. The house has two outdoor kitchens; one with a South American style parilla, ideal for paellas and grilling; and one with a Catalan wood-burning oven for roasting, baking and wood-firing pizza. The large covered terrace and sun terrace have magnificent views of the Mediterranean, the perfect backdrop for eating alfresco. While the property feels secluded it is only 5 minutes drive from the Roman village of El Perello, 10 minutes from the fishing village of L’Ametlla de Mar, 30 minutes from Tarragona and 1.5 hours from Barcelona.
