Altea is an old village with white houses and many steps. At the top the blue and white dome of the Church. It has also a nice selection of restaurants and art shops. Below you will see some photos, prices, a calendar and a description of the property.

The apartment is located on the Mediterranean-sea, opposite the habour,with a beautiful view over the habour and the mountains;Sierra Helada National Park.

It has all the facilities you need. The apartment has a nice livingroom, with a complet new interior and a big separate kitchen, with a table, bar and outside a scullery. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a bigger new shower. It`s nice to enjoy your breakfast on the terrace. Below the apartment is a supermarket. The building has an elevator and a closed private garage.

In a few min. walk you will find the sea and boulevard, where you can walk to Altea or Albir. Both villages have many restaurants and shops and of course nice beaches. If you like to play tennis or swim in a big pool, opposite the apartment be located a tennis court.

There is also a possibility to follow a monthly spanish summer cours in July or August in Centre Social Altea.

Or visit in Alfaz del Pi,a famous winery with vineyards and gardens. Guided visits and wine tastings at the winery in Spanish,English and French.

A nice way of getting to know Altea is leaving your car behind and wandering through the streets of the village.

Nearby River Algar is every Tuesday a big market, in Albir every Sunday. The local Festivals of Altea take place during the last week of September, it`s the parade of the Moors and Christians. The beautiful famous fireworks are in August(L`Olla). If you like to visite a theatre there`s a cultural center: Palau de las Artes.

The area has plenty of activities: watersports, golf (Don Cayo Golf Club Altea), biking, hiking,tennis, a visit to benidorm,etc.

The Beattie family

The accomodation was excellent, clean and spacious. The location was also good overlooking the harbour, a supermarket situated around the corner. The local bus stop a few minutes away. The owner made us very welcome and we will definitely return.
