This outstanding countryside 4 air-conditioned bedroom villa with pool is located on the edge of the Garraf National Park only about 4 miles from the famed Sitges resort with it’s wealth of shops, restaurants, cafes, marina and beautiful sandy beaches.

The accommodation comprises four very large bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 10 plus two infants. Includes a large master bedroom with dressing area and ensuite bathroom.
This floor also boasts two double bedrooms with a large shower room and toilet as well as the cinema, gymnasium and family room to sleep an extra 4 people if this option is chosen. Pleae contact us for further details on this extended option.

The accommodation also comprises a very large family room with a double bed and twin beds. All bedrooms have extensive wardrobes.
The expansive lounge/diner is nearly 30ft. long. The downstairs is completed by a large fully-equipped kitchen utility room, toilet and toilet/shower room.

Outside within the walled garden there is a large sun terrace around the private swimming pool and barbecue. There is also an area laid to lawn with ornamental pond. At the rear there is a substantial terrace with drying area.

The villa is equipped with satellite TV piped to all bedrooms and DVD players in every room. There is also a wide selection of DVD’s.

Coast/Beach
The white sandy beaches and marinas of Sitges are 4 miles away (about 10 minutes drive).
Golf
There is a full 18 hole course at Sitges and an 18 hole par 3 course at Vilanova, aprrox 20 minutes drive.
Special interest holidays
The location is perfect for wine lovers with many independent high quality vineyards very closeby as well as the internationally famed Freixenet and Cordoniu establishments. The area specialises in Cavas which are said to rival the best that the Champagne region can offer.
Travel
The villa is 35 minutes by car from Barcelona airport, 45 minutes from Reus and 75 minutes from Girona.
Car hire is essential.
Further details
The local bars/cafes/shops are about half a mile away. The nearest supermarket is Carrefour at 3 miles.
Further shops, banks etc are available in Sant Pere de Ribes and Sitges.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on confirmation of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before the rental commences. A breakages deposit of €500 in cash will be required on arrival and refunded departure subject to any breakages. Cancellation refunds as detailed below:- Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks – 50% of balance refunded. 2-4 weeks – 25% of balance refunded. Less than 2 weeks – no refund.
