Holiday villa for rent in Denia

Living quarters are on a single level, with two ground floor terraces and a first floor roof terrace. The villa shares a superb large communal swimming pool with 5 other villas. Two entrance gates provide security for children, ideal for parents, as you can relax in the sun knowing that they are safe and only several metres away. The central feature of the development the pool is surrounded by grass and by well-manicured mature shrubs and palms, allowing you ample space to soak up the sun. The villa comprises of two bedrooms one with a bunk bed and single bed the other with a double bed, both nicely decorated with ample storage space. The villa has 2 bathrooms; both with toilets, one with shower and the other with a bath and shower attachment. The living area is open plan and spacious. The kitchen comprises of a tall fridge freezer, 4 electric hobs, electric oven, washing machine, with a breakfast bar seating 6. The main patio has a BBQ, an ideal area to eat on the those long barmy Costa Blanca evenings.

Lovely villa set away from the main town of Denia. Very good directions given by the owners (even though we were first timers in Denia and travelling at night!). The property is in a small group of other properties in well kept gardens with a good size and well maintained pool. The facilities were exactly as described and the property was clean and tidy. Good base for travelling to Valencia, Alicante, Benidorm (if you must!) - there is a good waterpark just north of Bendorm which is worth a visit. Also lovely harbour and beach in Altea. Denia town has very good local shops and a number of supermarkets. Denia harbour is good for restaurants for a wide range of menus and prices. I would suggest that a car is essential to make the best of the surrounding area. I would thoroughly recommend this property and will probably use it again in the future.

Ideally located comfortable villa for exploring the delights of Denia. Have been many times to the area staying at this particular villa 3 times as it proved to be the most convenient plus best value for money. Would certainly use again. Description and location provided by owner was accurate, property was clean and well maintained and we would definitely recommend to family and friends.

the villa is less than 1`hour's drive from Alicante Airport and is in a small residential alcove below the mountiains. The two bedrooms are a good size and the living room and kitchen areas very easily managed. The real joy of the villa is the outside space. Plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the rays of the sun from early morning until late evening. the bar-b-q area is very useful for impromptu get-togethers and alfresco meals. The pool is a delight and great for cooling down. I would suggest a car is essential as the supermarkets are around 1000 yards away downhill so carrying those essential supplies back to the property would othersie be difficult. There is plenty to explore round about with the old wallled town of Xativa well worth a visit. Would I return - undoubtedly.

We have had two very enjoyable holidays in this villa so far. Although we are a 55+ couple it would be just as suitable for a family holiday. The accommodation is spacious and clean with all mod cons. There are two eating areas outside and the pool is plenty large enough. It is surrouded with grass and there is plenty of shade provided by pineapple type palm trees. Both times that we have been it has been quite quiet as three of the villas have 'permanent' residents. There are plenty of places to eat in and around Denia and a good range of shops/supermarkets. The weekly market in Denia is quite large and well worth visiting. We have eaten in about half the time as the outside eating areas are so pleasant. Whilst a car is essential, the roads are not very busy once you get outside any main towns and the countryside inland in the mountains is stunning. We are looking forward to our next visit later this year.
