You are renting our home; with exception of the month july and august,we live in "Casa La Gamba" ourselves and have cozily and practically furnished it according to our taste.
Your car can be parked within the property under the carport.
There is a full entertainment-set available including a Plasma-Tv(107cm)and additional 28 spanish channels. Additionally two more bedrooms have been equipped with brandnew Flat-Screen-TVs and A/C-Systems. In the kitchen the normal fridge has been exchanged against a large "american" one with ice-maker. Smoke detectors in all rooms.
The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with lawn, palm-and fruit trees.
On cozy summer evenings you can enjoy a cold beer on the terrace and have a freshly grilled steak with the sunset.
Moraira and Calpe with their countless good restaurants and beachbars can also be an alternative.

To reach our villa you need to take Exit 63 on the A7,called Benissa/Calpe. On your Nav-Kit you need to look for:
Benissa, Calle Banyut No.6
The adventure park "Terra Mitica" is only 30 KM away, close to Benidorm.
In Valencia the "City of art and sciences" invites you to spend a whole day including the visit of the large aquarium. Additionally you should pay a visit to one of the very typical markets of this area.
Lately we have installed a large Sunblind over the entrance area and, in addition to our stereo equipment, a "Dolby Surround System".
