The apartment is on the second floor of a small residencial building set in a small complex with communal swimming pool and gardens. There is private parking and access to the complex is strictly limited.
The surrounding area is quiet and semi rural, with the Lew Hoad Tennis and Padel Tennis Club just a short walk up a leafy lane. The club offers pay and play facilities and there is a restaurant, bar and gym.

The property has a large American style kitchen/dining room
and living area that opens onto a large south east facing balcony. There is an air conditioning unit which cools and heats.

The property is 4 kms form both the beach resort of Fuengirola and Mijas village. The main road that has a reliable local bus service is just 5 minutes walk away.
There are a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the closes supermarket LIDL is 1.5 kms towards Fuengirola.
There is a train service between Fuengirola and Malaga city which stops at Malaga airport.

The property is a great base for exploring Andalucia. There
is easy access to the major roads network.... Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada are only a few hours away by car.
Marbella, Ronda and Estapona are less than an hour away.

North Africa can be reached by ferry from Algeciras if you want to travel further afield.
