This villa provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the Costa del Sol. It is nice and quiet with stunning views out to the mountains and over the lake out the sea. There are plenty of sunny terraces around the house. There is a good seating area from where you have fantastic views of La Concha mountain, a lake, the valley and the sea beyond. All the rooms are spacious and air conditioned and most of the bedrooms have their own private access either out onto the various terraces on the upper floor or into the gardens on the ground and lower floors. The lounge provides Sky TV with extra TV upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. The gardens are well established with plenty of Mediterranean plants. The gardens are on two levels. You will find a sauna on the lower level. The heated pool is a good size and is just next to the terrace access from the lounge. There are plenty of private areas in the garden where you are not at all overlooked. The urbanization is gated with security cameras and a guard in Summer.

Notes
Payment terms:
A 30% deposit is payable within seven days of booking (by Sterling or Euro bank transfer). The balance is then payable either 6 weeks prior to arrival, on arrival in Euros cash or on arrival by credit card (Not AMEX or Diners) but subject to 1.5% bank charge.
The refundable deposit is taken by credit card on arrival and is returned to the same card within seven days of departure subject to no loss or damage.
Pool Heating:
The swimming pool can be heated for EUR 150.00per week (not necessary in summer).

Easter Holiday:
Please add 10% for the Easter weekend.
