Welcome to this stunningly beautiful property, set in the most wonderful position, overlooking the maginificent bay at La Herradura, just into the Granada Province, in Southern Spain. This Villa is just 15 minutes drive to Nerja and the famous Balcon de Europa, and the beautiful old town! The villa is also only five minutes drive away to the fabulous Marina del este, a moderate sized sports port with around 220 moorings with wonderful bars and restaurants where you can just sit, relax and take in the wonderful views. There is also very easy access via motorway links or beautiful coast road, to Malaga with it's wonderful Cathedral and Picasso museum, in the old town. Also easy to reach are Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba - the list goes on! Definitely the best of all worlds with this fantastic location.
The house stands in an elevated position, with the most wonderful views - Dolphins are often seen in the bay below.
The Villa is very modern, and beautifully furnished, with every facility and amenity including, for an additional charge of 15 per Euros per week, a WIFI broadband connection . If there is something more that you require, we do everything in our power to provide it for your comfort, if we can. Every room is tastefully decorated and furnished, with lots of terrace space for sunbathing, or just relaxing. The Villa's beautiful terrace is ideal for al fresco dining, or just for taking drinks, with fantastic views, which really are second to none!
You will find it difficult to leave the terrace and views, but when you do, you will find that it takes just 5 minutes by car to the fabulous sandy beach, which is very safe for swimming and with all types of water sports. The town centre boasts some of the best restaurants in the area. There are bars with live music - and regular Flamenco shows. 5 minutes on foot takes you to the amazing restaurant, The Mirador - with both stunning views of the coast and amazing cuisine.
This is truly a wonderful house and location, and very hard to equal. We are confident that anyone choosing this particular property for their holiday, would be absolutely delighted with their choice.
The villa has full dual air conditioning which acts as Cooling in the Summer and Heating for the winter months, a very modern kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you would need for a short or long term stay, including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooking stove, hot plate, oven and microwave. In addition, the villa boasts three spacious bedrooms, one with a lovely balcony and ceiling fan. The villa has a very large sitting room dining room (equipped with Satellite TV, DVD player and Stereo). Guests can choose to relax and soak up the sun on the large ground floor terrace, or take breakfast on the veranda, each have fantastic views of the Herradura bay and the surrounding mountains.
The villa has 2 lovely bathrooms one with a bath tub shower and Bidet and one with shower. A hairdryer is also provided. The Villa is suitable for young children and a baby cot and high chair can be provided, if required, at a minimal cost.
There is a Magnificent communal pool which again, because of its elevation, has fantastic views of Herradura bay and the surrounding area.
