Nice villa for 12 people with private pool in Calpe. This villa is situated in the quiet living area Ortembach. The plot is partly enclosed, has garden and lawn and a plotsize of 900 m². Spacy villa with a living area of 270 m² arranged on 2 floors and connected with stairs inside.
Ground floor: large living-dining room with sat-tv and access to the terrace with pool. Independent kitchen with gas hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and other utensils for the kitchen. 1 guest-toilet with washbasin. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with bathtub, wc and washbasin.
Upper floor: (access by stairs inside). 1 bedroom with double bed, access to the roof terrace and bathroom in suite with bathtub, wc and washbasin. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each one of them. 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom in suite with shower, wc and wshbasin. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and wshbasin.
External: terrace with pool (9x4m) with metalic stairs and shower, spacy area for to sunbath. Covered terrace with built-in barbecue. Parking on the Plot for 4-5 cars. Only 1,8 km from the town centre Calpe, the beach Arenal-Bol and the promenade and 0,5 km from the supermarket Ortembach.
Extras:
Animals with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost: 30 € per stay. It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 90 € per stay.
